Wondering What My Options Are for Discount Auto Insurance?

Like so many other people these days, I am looking for ways to cut back my expenses. I have been avoiding cutting anything drastic back if I can. So, I have been looking at things that I can save money on but not really miss. I have been wondering what my options are for discount auto insurance. I was thinking that if I could keep the same amount of coverage but lower the actual cost of my insurance that would be ideal for me.

So, I have been looking online. My current company has not been flexible — I called them to see if they would lower my rates but they said that they would not. Therefore I am looking to switch companies. I figure so long as I stay well covered, that is all that matters.

There are several discount auto insurance companies out there. I have been going through and comparing policies and coverage. I need to keep the same amount of coverage on my car because I lease it. I have narrowed it down to a couple of companies and am going to contact them soon to see what type of additional discounts I can get and then sign up.
